Beauty By Traci – Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

At By Traci, every appointment is thoughtfully scheduled with care. Because it’s just me behind the chair, your time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to provide the best experience for all my guests, I kindly ask that you respect the following policy:

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me time to offer your spot to another client and keep the day running smoothly. You can reschedule easily through the booking system or by contacting me directly.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment to book in the future.

Deposits

Certain services or high-demand dates may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to your service unless the cancellation policy is violated.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your full service, and the appointment may be considered a no-show depending on the schedule.
