Unless otherwise stated, all items in this shop are digital files—nothing physical will be shipped. Your files will be available for download immediately after purchase or delivered via email, depending on the product type.
Full payment is required upfront before your file(s) can be delivered. For instant downloads, access is granted automatically upon payment. For custom orders, I’ll begin designing once payment is received.
Custom design requests are welcome! For personalized pieces, please double-check all spelling, dates, and details when submitting. You may request edits within 24 hours of ordering or receiving your preview. Additional changes beyond that may incur a small revision fee.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once files are delivered. If you haven’t received your file or there’s an issue, please reach out—I’m always happy to help resolve it!
